The group will be opening Dubai’s second La Serre restaurant as well as a brand new, elite private members lounge, Dynasty
The award-winning Food and Beverage group, Lincoln Hospitality, has chosen the prestigious Habtoor Palace to launch two new venues this July, forming a core part of the company’s ambitious expansion plans.
Known for its cutting-edge ensemble of dining destinations in Downtown Dubai, the hospitality group will be opening La Serre’s second venue in the UAE as well as Dynasty, a new, elite private members lounge in the heart of Habtoor City.
Dynasty, which will have a capacity of 150 seats, will be a super-luxe lounge operating from 9pm and into the early hours of the morning. The venue will feature a specially curated beverage menu coupled with a world class entertainment programme. Dynasty is set to be a playground for the movers and shakers of Dubai.
The trés chic La Serre at Habtoor Palace will be a 300 seater restaurant, offering high end French fine dining. Guests can expect the quintessential La Serre Boulangerie experience in the daytime, and the sophisticated Bistro Chic ambiance in the evening.

Lincoln Hospitality is kicking off its expansion plans locally in the region, before it embarks on a global scale where it plans to open restaurants across the Middle East and Europe.
