To celebrate our Swiss heritage and in commemoration of Swiss National day, the two eclectic Swiss brands came together for an exclusive tailor-made event, hosted by LINDT Master Chocolatier, Matthew Müller and Swissotel Al Ghurair’s passionate pastry chef, Chef Swapnal, as the participants learned the nuances of crafting the Swissôtel Chocolate Cake. Created especially for Swissôtel, the recipe uses gluten-free, premium ingredients of hazelnut and almond flour, that is gently baked into a rich, silky and smooth indulgent cake.
