New to Tazal’s menu are a weekly series of outdoor live cooking stations, featuring breakfast creations showcasing Levantine daybreak specialities, alongside evening menu stations that include a dedicated Asado station for meat aficionados and a seafood station where fish is grilled to taste with a unique selection of herbs and marinades from across the Arab World. The Asado and seafood stations are also complimented by a section offering regionally inspired salads and sumptuous sides.

The award-winning international menu also spans regional morning favourites such as Sabah Al Arab (a decadent spread for two featuring Palestinian hummus, shakshuka, grilled halloumi, signature herb falafel and more), and traditional Turkish Eggs on homemade tabbon bread. For the daytime menu, guests are also invited to savour delicate starters such as Beef Pops, Eggplant Tahini, Foie Gras Toast and Chicken Liver Gyoza.

Main courses meanwhile include everything from Tazal Wagyu Shawarma, Wild Boneless Sea Bass with Chermoula Sauce and Butter Chicken Curry, to sumptuous fusion specials such as Seafood Machboos Paella and Peri Peri Chicken Biryani. Offering an indulgent end to the feasting, the dessert menu ends the showcase with rich Chocolate Fondant, Homemade Chocolate French Toast and the newly introduced Tiramisu Halawet El Jeben, a decadent creation inspired by both Italian and Arabic cuisines.
