B-Lounge Doha, Qatar’s renowned destination for Asian-fusion cuisine, is delighted to launch two new dining experiences – Omakase Night and Dim Sum Afternoons. Curated by Chef Lambert and the team, these creative offerings combine exceptional gastronomy with the venue’s unmatched charisma.

Open seven days a week, B-Lounge is celebrated for its inventive attitude that brings trendsetting concepts to Doha. Reflecting this lifestyle-centered approach, Omakase dining encourages a chef to shape a unique culinary journey that pushes boundaries and enriches senses. Bringing B-Lounge flair to this popular concept, Chef Lambert hosts a small group of guests in a Chef’s Table setting, where the menu reflects his personal recommendations and expert taste.

Launching on 14 August, Omakase Night will be available every Tuesday and Wednesday, from 7pm to 9pm and 9.30pm to 11.30pm. Thoughtfully crafted, the nine-course menu currently features a medley of dishes including, Thai Pomelo Salad, A5 Wagyu Beef Ishiyaki, Sushi with spicy tuna and Unagi foie gras. For dessert, Amazake Poached Wild Pears is served alongside black sesame gelato and salted sesame cracker.

Enriching every gastronomic moment with Asian flavors and chic appeal, B-Lounge’s covetable lifestyle is further enhanced by Dim Sum Afternoons, available every Saturday and Sunday from 12pm to 4pm.

Featuring an exquisite yum cha menu, the creative selection includes traditional options such as, chicken and prawn jiao and Cantonese BBQ beef puff, as well as, more inventive tastes, including, cream cheese and truffle, alongside lamb and cumin kou tieh. Priced between 95 QAR and 135 QAR per basket, each dish includes a trio of grilled, fried and steamed dim sum. There is also the opportunity to elevate the meal with B-Lounge’s homegrown hibiscus and herbal tea.
