THE ROYAL MANSOUR COLLECTION ANNOUNCES THE OPENING OF THE ROYAL MANSOUR TAMUDA BAY

A MEDITERRANEAN DREAM

The third jewel of the Royal Mansour Collection, the Royal Mansour Tamuda Bay, located on the Mediterranean coast in northern Morocco, opens its doors to the public.

Not far from Tangier and very close to Tetouan, on the shores of an expansive beach lapped by turquoise waters, its streamlined, sand-coloured villas blend into the landscape.

The Royal Mansour Tamuda Bay offers visitors the opportunity to explore a stunning region little known outside Morocco. It champions water sports on the Alboran Sea, where the Mediterranean meets the Atlantic.

A BEACHSIDE PALACE

Guests can stay in a choice of 55 suites and villas, whose architecture elegantly blends contemporary style with Moroccan tradition. Their interiors, with their subtle nods to the sea, combine the finest, most authentic materials with Morocco’s invaluable expertise.

The suites and villas offer panoramic views of the sea, the lush gardens and the Rif mountains. All boast vast spaces: from 80 m2 for the one-bedroom suites, to 1700 m2 for the three-bedroom Villa Royale.

Each villa has a dedicated butler, raising to new heights the art of service and Moroccan hospitality, deeply rooted in the DNA of the Royal Mansour Collection.

At Royal Mansour Tamuda Bay, guests are warmly welcomed, attentively looked after and discreetly assisted at all times, making their stay unforgettable.

A GASTRONOMIC PARADISE

Massimiliano Alajmo, Quique Dacosta, Éric Frechon.

With three Michelin-star chefs and four restaurants, the Royal Mansour Tamuda Bay is an exceptional culinary destination that has already won over the most discerning palates.

  • At Coccinella, Massimiliano Alajmo and his brother Raffaele serve quintessential Italian cuisine: fresh homemade pasta, wood-fired pizzas, Lobster Catalana with red prawns, calamari and vegetables, Vitello tonnato with ground coffee, tiramisu prepared to order… All the hallmarks of a traditional trattoria, expertly managed by the Alajmo maestros.
  • At La Table, Éric Frechon cooks the very best of French cuisine, with a few spicy notes that pay homage to Morocco. The Domaines lamb carpaccio with smoked aubergine is flavoured with sesame and cumin, the red mullet is rubbed with argan oil, and the pineapple is flavoured with coriander seeds. A fabulous trip.
  • At Le Méditerranée, Quique Dacosta, Spain’s most famous chef, transforms his country’s specialities, such as rice cooked in paella, into sublime dishes. A seafood lover, Quique Dacosta pays lavish tribute to it, with a magnificent Carabinero au gratin with sea urchin, or monkfish suquet with cuttlefish ribbons. To round it off, try a flan with unforgettable flavours and texture.
  • Quique Dacosta is also in charge of the Pool Beach, where you can enjoy spectacular ‘Palmas’, designed like sumptuous bentos. Inspired by flavours from around the world, these ‘Palmas’ are Quique Dacosta’s exclusive creations for the Royal Mansour Tamuda Bay.

At the Pool Beach, the chef also serves up his haute couture approach to sandwiches, tortillas and burgers. And let’s not forget the ice creams, crêpes, waffles and many other delicious treats that can be enjoyed throughout the day on the beach, to the delight of young and old alike!

As for the Alboran Club, it combines a bar, a boutique and lounges: all areas that guests can enjoy at any time of day or night. Savour an espresso on the terrace or have afternoon tea in the cosy library, while reading or playing board games. Finally, in the evening, you can enjoy a signature cocktail to the strains of the piano or a live band as you watch the sun set. The Alboran Club is the beating heart of the Royal Mansour Tamuda Bay.

A SEASIDE DESTINATION FOR FAMILIES

In this zen haven situated on a dream beach, guests share the joys of the sea with their families. Everything is organised so that parents and children can relax, have fun and enjoy themselves, forging their happiest holiday memories together.
