Riviera captures the dynamic spirit of the vibrant South of France, with a breezy freshness and boundless sunshine. Located on the 4th floor of The Lana, Jean Imbert is entering Dubai’s glowing food scene with an indescribable energy and the same creativity that has made him a culinary sensation worldwide.
The light-filled space, illuminated by the sun flowing through the windows, exudes a gentle warmth infused with golden hues. The botanical-inspired interiors, adorned in shades of blush, sage, yellow, and blue, create a harmonious atmosphere that transport guests to the French riviera, with every corner providing a private retreat, while the spacious outdoor terrace, stretching alongside the Dubai Creek, unveils breath-taking vistas of the skyline reflecting in the tranquil blue waters.
Open from 7 am, the venue offers indoor and Al Fresco dining with a terrace overlooking the water; serving a la carte breakfast, lunch, and dinner on a menu which showcases Jean Imbert’s creativity and genuine love for the culinary arts. Guests can begin their gastronomical journey with starters such as the Toasted Focaccia with Green Beans, Burrata and Pistacchio, Jacky’s Gazpacho topped with Mozzarella di Bufala, and Signature Tuna tartare made at your table, amongst many others.
A transportation to the waterside towns of France, main dishes such as the Ratatouille tart with parmesan sable, Chef Jean seabass in crust & Choron sauce, carabineros spaghetti, mild chilli, each dish curated by chef Jean is seeped with a story and personal memories; each bite carrying an explosion of flavour that is a staple in every one of his unique creations.

HIGH SOCIETY
Positioned at the highest level of the Dorchester Collection’s first ever Middle East property, The Lana is proud to introduce destination rooftop lounge, High Society.
Located on the rooftop of The Lana, High Society offers 180° views of the Dubai skyline, spanning across Downtown Dubai, Burj Khalifa, as well as the Dubai Creek. The vibrant concept will serve as an undisturbed haven for hotel guests during daylight hours, before turning into a spirited lounge post sunset, with unobstructed views of the city, as well as food and beverage menu that will make the High Society experience one that will live up to its name. The ceiling adorned with mirrored panels adds a touch of allure, reflecting each detail of the carefully thought-out charm of the surroundings, amplifying the space to create an immersive experience; while the large glass windows serve as a portal to the undisturbed panoramic view, whether the city is enriched by the glowing sun during the day, or adorned by the nocturnal city lights at night. Possessing an extensive library of champagnes, High Society has the largest selection of premium sparkling in Dubai, holding a record number of 118 labels, along with deluxe wines and spirits. They also propose cocktails that match perfectly with gastronomic bites like a collection of fresh oysters, Shiso langoustine spring rolls or another iconic, the croque-caviar from the Plaza Athénée bar for guests to indulge in as they soak up everything High Society has to offer.
