The Aviary is a night-time hideaway where cocktails flow, music pulses, and timeless design converge to create an unforgettable experience. Open every Wednesday to Saturday from 7 PM till late, the intimate and cosy space features the expertise of the renowned bar team, who bring their exceptional drink service and knowledge to the dynamic setting.
Housing a whisky and cigar lounge, alongside a cocktail bar, visitors can expect the finest selection of first-class pours as the team serves crafted cocktails, premium spirits, and bespoke bottle service, allowing guests to enjoy their favourite pours by the glass or the bottle in The Guild’s surroundings.
From 11 PM onwards, guests can revel in an elevated nightlife experience as the DJ transitions from The Nurseries to The Aviary, filling the space with vibrant beats. Each night has its own appeal, with DJs energising The Aviary all evening on Wednesdays, while Thursdays through Saturdays, partygoers can linger late into the night with music pulsing through the airwaves. For those seeking a relaxed daytime experience, The Aviary is now also open for lunch on Sundays, offering an intimate, refined and laid-back setting.
