Indulge in a delicious selection of sweet and savory bites that are beautifully displayed on a 3-tier spiral tree accompanied by a wide selection of loose teas, fine Japanese teas, coffee, or bubbly. Enjoy the breath-taking floor to ceiling views of Palm Jumeirah that will overlook the beautiful golden hour sunset of Dubai while Bossa Nova tunes set the perfect ambiance.
Launched on February 10th, guests will be transported to enjoy one of the most delectable and time-honored traditions and be treated to savory favorites, such as the ‘Lobster Mollete’with yuzu gel,‘Smoked Salmon Brioche Toast’ with caper cream, the all time favorite ‘SAMBA Dubai Maki’ with seasonal truffle, and ‘Brazilian cheesebreadPao De Quejio’served with house made honey butter and locally sourced honey, just to name a few. Guests will continue their culinary journey with a wide selection of desserts, such as the ‘Gianduja Chocolate Tart’ with praline paste, ‘Yuzu Raspberry Cake’ with raspberry mousse and strawberry salsa, ‘Mango and Lime Profiteroles’, ‘Cherry Tart’, and a gluten free ‘Chocolate Fudge’with orange ganache and almond chocolate dip.
The entire experience will be amplified thanks to SUSHISAMBA’s extensive tea selection made up of nineteen options ranging from Japanese loose-leaf teas, such as the ‘Organic Genmaicha’ with Matcha, ‘Organic Sencha Asa’, organic Japanese ‘Earl Grey’, and exclusive flavored teas.And of course, no sunset is perfectly spent without a glass of Champagne for that luxurious Dubai experience.
For this special occasion, SUSHISAMBA offers guests dining at the venue in February an opportunity to win an exclusive coffret of scented luxuries from the Italian luxury fragrance Maison, Acqua di Parma. ‘Sky Tea’ will be served in the SAMBA room five days a week; Tuesdays to Saturdays from 4:30pm until 6:30pm, where guests can enjoy the scintillating interior design, glorified by the gorgeous yellow and orange sun rays of the sunset.
