CMP Bar & Grill where true hospitality, authentically delicious food with provenance, and the finest drinks selection are served. Reminiscing back to Chicago’s Union Stockyards of the 1920s, heritage runs through the ethos of CMP, where the menu focuses on the ideology of ‘Simple Done Right’.
As purveyors of the finest steaks aged and grilled to perfection or the homemade desserts baked from scratch, nothing is overdressed. Guests can sit back and enjoy life, selecting either a light bite and cocktail from the spacious al fresco terrace, or indulge in a full dining experience in one of the comforting open-plan dining rooms or even the cosy corner-side bar for happy hour with friends.
Menu highlights include starters such as a ‘Grilled Bone Marrow with hand cut crisps and chimichurri’ and ‘fresh Charred Octopus with cauliflower skordalia and salsa verde’. Main courses feature the ‘Braised Wagyu Beef Cheek with a mushroom medley and black truffle jus’ and the ‘CMP Cut of Salt Moss Aged NY Strip’ served up with any two indulgent sides. 
Speaking of steak! All CMP’s steaks are wet-aged to perfection for a minimum of 90 day and the grill serves up both USDA Certified Angus Beef 150 Day Grain Fed and New Zealand Grass Fed Beef. Served up with the tastiest of sides and your choice of sauce, simple done right!
If there is room for more, the new Burnt Basque Cheesecake is the alter ego to the renowned classic New York style cheesecake. Not only is there a great ambience to accompany the good food but a fine selection of wines and cocktails for every taste and budget and watch out for the daily Happy Hours to enjoy every night of the week.
