With Ramadan now upon us, some of the region’s newest and most stylish IHG Hotels & Resorts hotels are launching exclusive supercharged offers for guests taking vacations or staycations during the hot summer months.
The experiences will be available on a short-term basis to those booking rooms at voco hotels and include a Sip and Sleep package, offering a city escape to tourists looking to explore the local area more, or a break from the hustle and bustle for locals and expats. The offer will give guests choosing the offer a drinks trolley/set-up in their room, with instructions on how to mix the house cocktail or an alternative soft drink, ‘turned up’ with an automatic room upgrade, a free evening drink in the hotel bar or restaurant, an exclusive set menu dinner and a late check-out the following day. The Sip and Sleep offer will be available at voco Sheikh Zayed Road, voco Bonnington, voco Johannesburg and voco Doha West Bay Suites.
With the opportunity to reevaluate traveler’s expectations in the wake of pandemic restrictions, voco hotels listened and reacted to global survey data to inform and enhance its service style. The research to launch their Turn Up Service has informed the offers available, after 59% of people surveyed across the globe said they are craving connection, interaction and conversation and nearly a third (29%) globally would like in-room afternoon tea or happy hour delivered directly to their room.
As such, also available will be a “Mates Me-Time” experience, launching in voco Hotels in Riyadh and Al Khobar. In addition to a pampering spa treatment, the offer includes early check-in, free-of-charge coffee and pastries for two in the room, unlimited use of the hotel pool and spa facilities, and a free cocktail or soft drink before dinner.
