Kicking off on November 7th with a Gala Dinner hosted at Palazzo Versace Dubai marking the commencements of the 14th annual Italian Cuisine World Summit, a milestone celebrating a decade of presence in Dubai. As part of the Summit’s culinary event calendar, the city’s residents and visitors will have the privilege of indulging in unique, one-off menus created exclusively for the occasion in collaboration with renowned Michelin-starred chefs Fumiko Sakai, Marco Bottega and Francesco Stara. Treating diners to a world of authentic Italian flavors with a range of multi-course dinners, each available for just one evening exclusively at Vanitas.
On November 8th, the world-famous Michelin-starred chef Marco Bottega, known for his eponymous restaurant at Aminta Resort in Rome, will present a four-course set menu at Vanitas. The dinner promises to be a sumptuous affair, featuring an array of authentic Italian dishes including Roman veal tail meatball stew, Cacio e pepe risotto, and Lamb loin served with smoked potato and winter black truffle. For the grand finale on November 10th, all three culinary virtuosos – Marco Bottega, Fumiko Sakai, and Francesco Stara – will come together to curate an exceptional grape-pairing masterclass and a specially-crafted dinner.
