Nader Halim has been appointed Cluster General Manager of Hilton Dubai Jumeirah and Hilton Dubai The Walk. With over 25 years of hospitality leadership across the region, Halim brings a proven track record of performance, people-first leadership and purposeful transformation to one of Dubai’s most iconic beachfront destinations.
Tasked with leading the rebirth of the legendary 25-year-old Hilton Dubai Jumeirah, Halim’s vision is clear, to re-establish the property as the prime destination on JBR for dining, lifestyle and social experiences, while honouring its legacy as a cornerstone of Dubai’s hospitality scene. Under his leadership, the hotel and its sister property, Hilton Dubai The Walk, are set to enter a bold new chapter, one defined by creativity, community and unforgettable guest experiences.
Across his more than two decades of experience, Halim has been recognised for building high-performing teams, driving commercial success and fostering strong partnerships across the industry. Most recently in Abu Dhabi, he served as Cluster General Manager for Hilton’s properties on Yas Island, leading his team to exceptional results, consistently exceeding revenue and occupancy targets. He also played a key role in positioning the hotels as official partners for major international events, including the IIFA Awards and the Future Hospitality Summit. While at the cluster, he led a diverse team of more than 800 team members, supporting Emiratisation, mentorship programs and inclusive career opportunities for people of determination. A passionate advocate for sustainability, Halim also championed initiatives on property, including introducing on-site beehives and launching a hydroponic vertical farm to supply fresh produce to hotel dining venues.

Halim’s Cluster General Manager role also joins his recent appointment as Area General Manager for Dubai South and Salalah.
