MayaBay, the acclaimed Asian dining concept known for its refined fusion of Thaï-Japanese cuisine, is pleased to announce its continued global expansion, with multiple new openings planned across key international destinations over the next three years and beyond.

Building on its existing acclaimed locations in Monaco, Dubai, and Porto Montenegro, MayaBay recently marked a major milestone with the opening of MayaBay Courchevel 1850, located within the newly launched Maya Hotel Courchevel 1850. The launch underscores the brand’s commitment to bringing elevated Thaï-Japanese gastronomy to premier luxury and lifestyle destinations across the world.

Nestled in the prestigious alpine resort of Courchevel 1850, MayaBay has quickly established itself as a must-visit culinary destination, blending Asian culinary artistry with an elegant mountain setting. Drawing inspiration from Thailand and Japan, the restaurant offers guests an immersive sensory experience through exquisite sushi, signature Thai curries and innovative creations crafted with the highest quality ingredients – all enhanced by Lalique masterpieces through its partnership with the luxury glassmaker throughout the hotel.

The Courchevel opening represents MayaBay’s continued evolution and ability to adapt its distinctive culinary experience to diverse environments – from the Mediterranean seaside to the heights of the French Alps.

Building on this momentum, MayaBay will expand its global footprint with several high-profile openings aimed at strengthening its presence in key international markets:
