Black truffle labneh, grilled jumbo prawns shawarma style, Gambero Rosso Carpaccio, made with prawns and fresh zaatar in a lemon olive dressing, and Poached Organic Salmon in delicate green Thai broth are just some of the creative treats Chef Silvena has in store for you, in addition to the homey but luxurious Ottoman style lamb shank, slow cooked for 48 hours, alongside a range of delights from land and sea.

A sushi menu is also available, made with Chef Silvena’s unique twist, such as the Baby Maha Roll, an inside out roll with tempura prawn, wrapped in avocado and salmon, and the Dragon Maki, made with grilled prawns wrapped in avocado, tuna, and unagi, and drizzled with teriyaki sauce.

Those with a sweet tooth can treat themselves to indulgent desserts such Chef Silvena’s world-class Velvet Vanilla Cheesecake, Nutella Tiramisu and a wide range of vegan sorbet ice cream.

Nassau brings together some of the most magical flavours of the Mediterranean from renowned female chef, Silvena Rowe.
