Dubai Food Festival (DFF), the annual festival that shines the spotlight on the city’s diverse gastronomy scene, is underway with an incredible array of experiences and events that will satisfy every foodie.
A true city-wide event, the festival will run until 17 April to showcase the best of the region’s culinary capital offering. DFF will see visitors enjoy a range of Dubai’s most exciting gastronomy menus and events from more than 3,500 participating restaurants.
As part of DFF, Dubai Restaurant Week (DRW) offers diners a calendar of exclusively curated lunch and dinner menus in partnership with some of the city’s best restaurants including COYA, Bread Street Kitchen, Hakkasan, Toro Toro, Nobu, Torno Subito, Buddha Bar, Chicago Meatpackers, Hotel Cartagena and many more until 10 April.
For foodies looking for unique opportunities to delight their palate, Foodie Experiences brings more than 20 gourmet limited-edition culinary adventures to the festival, until 10 April, featuring Masterclasses and Chef’s Tables to experimental dining experiences to the table.
Of course, it wouldn’t be DFF without the classic ‘Dine & Win’ promotion, in partnership with Zomato. Spend AED 50 at up to 2,800 participating outlets until 17 April to be in with the chance of winning a three-month Zomato Pro membership and the grand prize, a GAC GS3 SUV!
Home Edition returns giving shoppers in the city the chance to win a year’s worth of groceries at selected hypermarkets including Waitrose, Spinneys, Union Coop, Al Maya and Lulu-Hypermarket when they spend AED 250 or more.
Uncovering the Hidden Gems of Dubai, a key highlight of DFF, serves up a list of 33 hidden eateries across the city, providing residents with a taste for unique, independent and homegrown concepts meaning they are spoiled for choice in 2021.
For those who like to combine food and hotel stays, Foodcations will take your Dubai city break to the next level. Enjoy a great stay and amazing gastronomy offerings, including private cooking classes and dining opportunities, at participating hotels including The Meydan Hotel, Bab Al Shams Desert Resort, Armani Hotel Dubai, and Grand Hyatt Dubai, among others.
Malls and attractions around the city will be offering exclusive dining deals, experiences and fun for the whole family. Participating outlets include City Walk, Mercato Shopping Mall, The Beach, La Mer, The Pointe, The Dubai Mall, City Centre Deira, City Centre Mirdif, Mall of the Emirates, Dubai Festival City Mall, Dubai Festival Plaza and Dubai Marina Mall. As well as DIFC Art Week, Al Serkal Avenue, Global Village and La Perle.
Plus, Hilton has announced that they will have 13 restaurants participating across eight of their Dubai based properties for this year’s DFF. The programme – which focuses on Hilton’s locally based talent – will bring to life a number of innovative F&B activations and promotions that will cover a diverse range of cuisines, while creating thoughtful and unique dining experiences for the duration of the festival.
Emirates Skywards members can also earn double Miles between 2 to 3 April 2021 with Skywards Everyday at all their dining partners.
Fans of alfresco dining will be delighted that Etisalat Beach Canteen will return in Q4 2021 when visitors and residents can all enjoy the city’s new and home-grown restaurants, whilst enjoying optimal weather.
