The newly launched menu features bite-sized Dim Sums with fresh ingredients and vibrant flavours of Asian cuisine, all served in the chic Karma Kafé by Buddha-Bar setting at Hampton by Hilton Marjan Island.
A master of Pan-Asian cooking, Head Chef Bishal Moktan has drawn inspiration from the classic Dim Sum houses of Hong Kong with the Buddha-Bar style to create a Far Eastern feast for the senses. Savour the flavour burst of the Chicken Shumai, enlivened with shiitake mushrooms and the salty pop of orange tobiko (flying fish roe). A Dim Sum favourite, the Prawn Haw Gow is a delectable blend of plump prawns, chives and lime leaves served in a delicate dumping wrapper. For something richer, indulge in the juicy Beef Dumpling made with the finest USDA Choice Beef; or tuck into the Crispy Chicken Bao served in a pillowy bun. Vegetarians will fall for the Sweet Potato Dumpling, featuring tender vegetables, water chestnuts, coriander, and a hint of white pepper.
These heavenly new Dim Sum dishes are available daily from 1pm, joining Karma Kafé by Buddha-Bar tempting menu that include sublime sushi rolls, mouth-watering stir-fries, ahi tuna pizza, and the sizzling Szechuan beef.
