Available daily from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, this four-course set menu including a wine or cocktail on arrival, invites guests on a journey of Japanese flavors with a contemporary twist, all while enjoying breathtaking views of Dubai’s skyline.
A MENU CRAFTED TO DELIGHT
The ‘Taste of CLAP’ menu offers:
- Welcome Drink: A choice of signature cocktails such as the Salty Shiba (vodka-based) or Shibuya Shakedown (tequila-based) Or Wine
- Starters: Highlights include creamy Tofu Karaage, the refreshing CLAP Salad with truffle, and perfectly salted Edamame.
- From the Sushi Bar: Indulge in a selection of Nigiri, Sashimi, Maki, and Sashimi CLAP Way – showcasing the finest cuts like Akami, Salmon, and Hamachi.
- Main Course: Choose between Black Cod Miso with sweet citrus miso sauce, the Wagyu Stone Bowl with asparagus and wasabi soy, or the flavorful CLAP Tender Chicken with yuzu daikon.
- Dessert: End the experience with the Dubai Crazed decadent Pistachio Kadaïfi filling Chocolate.
