CLAP, an internationally recognized culinary powerhouse, renowned by the Michelin Guide, Gault & Millau Guide, and The World 50 Best Mena, is thrilled to announce the opening of its new location in one of London’s most prestigious areas, Knightsbridge. Following the tremendous success of CLAP’s flagship restaurants in Beirut and Dubai, and its new successful venue in Saudi Arabia, the expansion to London marks another milestone in CLAP’s quest for global gastronomic excellence.

Since its inception, CLAP has redefined the dining experience, effortlessly blending authenticity and innovation to create a sensory journey through Japanese cuisine. The Dubai outpost, perched atop the iconic Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), has garnered an enthusiastic following over the past three years, while the Riyadh branch, set to celebrate its first anniversary, has quickly established itself as a beacon of culinary quality and innovation in the region.

The London venture promises to captivate the city’s discerning diners, as CLAP takes over a refurbished tube station with 3 levels within this iconic location, the first floor will be a café, the second floor will host the restaurant lounge and the third floor will be a rooftop bar with indoor and terrace seating with panoramic views over London.  The new location will showcase CLAP’s commitment to delivering captivating experiences and genuine hospitality, solidifying ADDMIND Hospitality as a leading force in the hospitality industry.

To ensure the seamless transition and preservation of CLAP’s exceptional quality, the London project will assemble a team of top-tier culinary professionals from both the GCC and the UK. Drawing from the rich pool of talent across the GCC region and the culinary capital of London, this carefully curated team will embody the spirit of CLAP and bring their own unique expertise to the table. By combining the culinary traditions of Japan with the innovative flair of the GCC and the finesse of the UK, this team will ensure that CLAP’s essence remains intact, while embracing the local flavors and preferences of London’s discerning diners.

Toni Sabre, CEO of ADDMIND Hospitality, expressed his excitement for CLAP’s London opening, stating, “Bringing CLAP to London is an exhilarating milestone for Addmind Hospitality. With the success of our flagship location in Dubai, we are thrilled to introduce this homegrown brand from Beirut, Lebanon concept to the vibrant city of London. Our team has been working tirelessly to ensure that CLAP in Knightsbridge meets the same exceptional standards and popularity as it has in its locations across MENA. At Addmind, we believe in the power of an incredible team, and I couldn’t be prouder of the dedication and passion they have poured into this project. This third location marks a significant achievement for us, and we are excited to share the unique experience of CLAP with Londoners and visitors alike. We hope that CLAP will be a great addition to the London culinary lifestyle scene, and we are proud of the concept and the community it has created”

As CLAP spreads its wings to conquer one of the world’s most important culinary capitals, London, the stage is set for yet another groundbreaking chapter in CLAP’s culinary journey. The opening is anticipated to be a gastronomic event that will leave Londoners eager to experience the captivating fusion of Japanese flavours and innovative dining at CLAP’s new Knightsbridge location.
